Maskarade is an Adventure Action RPG with a distinctive humoruous tone created for my college´s end of degree project.
Maskarade´s main character Stevy is not a typical hero and this is not a typical game either.
"Will this child succeed in escaping his destiny?"
"Will he see beyond the masks everyone are wearing?"
"And what´s more important, wasn´t there really anyone better for the job?"

My Role
In this project i took over Mechanic Design, Animation, Level Design, Worldbuilding, Narrative Design, Combat Design, UI Desing, UX Design, AI Design and Character Design.
On the other hand i had to code everything using C#.

Narrative: Maskarade follows the story of Stevy, a good-for-nothing simple boy who awakes one day with a magic sword glued to his hand. He has been chosen to fulfill a destiny he won´t accept that easily. He needs to find the elemental spirits scattered around the many islands across the ocean to gain their favor and use their power in the shape of magical masks to defeat a long forgotten evil.
Progression: As an Action Rpg players can customize their gameplay toolkit. Every mask has an unique skilltree where they can strengthen their abilities and unlock new combat and mobility skills. Players also have and inventory from which they can equip different pieces of gear.
